Because HRS Global LLC exclusively provides digital consultation services and informational services delivered electronically, all purchases are subject to the terms of this Return and Refund Policy.

DIGITAL SERVICES
All products offered through this website are digital services and online consultations. No physical products are sold or shipped.
Due to the nature of digital services, once a consultation service has been provided, completed, or substantially performed, the service generally cannot be returned.

CANCELLATION REQUESTS
Customers may request cancellation of a consultation order before the consultation has been scheduled or before work has begun.
Cancellation requests must be submitted by email or through our designated contact method.
HRS Global LLC reserves the right to approve or deny cancellation requests based upon the status of the service.

REFUND ELIGIBILITY
A customer may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:
• Duplicate payment or billing error;
• Technical issue that prevents delivery of the service and cannot be resolved;
• The service cannot be provided by HRS Global LLC;
• Cancellation approved by HRS Global LLC before any consultation work has begun.

NON-REFUNDABLE SERVICES
Refunds will generally not be provided if:
• The consultation has already been delivered;
• The customer has attended or participated in the consultation;
• Written recommendations or consultation materials have already been provided;
• The customer changes their mind after services have begun;
• The customer fails to attend a scheduled consultation session;
• Incorrect information was provided by the customer resulting in delivery issues.

REFUND REVIEW PERIOD
All refund requests must be submitted within three (3) calendar days from the date of purchase.
Each request will be reviewed individually and in good faith.

PROCESSING OF APPROVED REFUNDS
If a refund is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, or credit card company and may require up to ten (10) business days after approval.

CHARGEBACKS
Customers are encouraged to contact HRS Global LLC before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Fraudulent chargebacks or disputes concerning services that have already been delivered may be contested with supporting documentation.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
HRS Global LLC reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit services where permitted by law, including situations involving suspected fraud, abuse of services, or violations of our Terms of Service.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the State of Indiana, HRS Global LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of consultation services.
